What Didpop does, and why shoppers pick it
What Didpop does
Didpop is an agent: it shops on Chinese marketplaces for you, then inspects, stores, and forwards what it bought to your address. You cannot buy directly from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian, or several other platforms Didpop supports if you do not hold a mainland Chinese payment method and shipping address; Didpop's account, warehouse, and forwarding service exist to close that gap.
Didpop is operated by XIN YANG INT'L TRADING CO LIMITED, a Hong Kong-registered company (company number 62283292), under Hong Kong law. That is stated directly in Didpop's own Service Agreement, not inferred from a domain lookup.

What it won't take on
Didpop will not place an order for counterfeit goods, prescription medicine, tobacco, lottery tickets, or adult magazines and DVDs; its Service Agreement states this directly. It also will not power on electronics during standard inspection, so a dead battery or a faulty port is not something the free QC step is built to catch, even though an inspector photographs the item.
Two layers: Didpop itself, and third-party agents within it
Didpop's help centre separately documents a "Third-Party Shopping Agent" arrangement, with its own disclaimer and its own fee standards distinct from Didpop's direct service. In practice this means some orders may route through an additional agent layer rather than Didpop buying directly, with Didpop's own disclaimer explicitly limiting its responsibility for that layer. This guide could not confirm which specific orders or platforms trigger that routing, only that the distinction exists and carries a separate fee standard; if a fee you are quoted does not match the direct service-fee tiers on the fees page, this is the most likely explanation.
Why choose Didpop
Every agent in this category runs the same basic three-step mechanic: it purchases for you, parks the item in its own warehouse for a while, and ships it onward once you say so. Where Didpop differs in ways this guide could verify:
- Ten or more source marketplaces behind one account, with a published, platform-by-platform service fee table rather than a single blanket rate.
- Three free standard QC photos on every item by default, with no separate opt-in needed for that baseline check.
- A 90-day free storage window with a stated 180-day hard cutoff, rather than an open-ended "storage fees may apply" line.
Where it may not be the right fit: Didpop has no confirmed mobile app or video walkthrough at the time this was written, so if you want to learn the interface by watching someone else use it first, you will not find that here. Its only confirmed social presence is a Discord server; if you want an agent with an active public FAQ community on Reddit or YouTube, verify that elsewhere before you commit.
Didpop also separates its two service lines clearly in its own documentation, shopping agent versus plain parcel forwarding, with distinct user guidance for each. That split (covered in full on the guide overview) is a reasonable signal of how deliberately Didpop's own help centre is maintained: a shared, undifferentiated FAQ would be the easier thing to publish, and Didpop did not take that shortcut.
As of 2026-10-23, Didpop's own site is returning a suspension notice rather than its homepage, citing an internal system upgrade with an estimated duration of about 30 days and no published start or end date. Browsing finds on this site still works, see the category shelf; sign-up and checkout wait on Didpop's end. Support inbox [email protected] is unaffected.
